Delete Your Local Data

All your favorites, notes, reading streak, prayer conversations, and study progress are stored only on your device. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app.

To clear data without uninstalling: Go to your device Settings → DailyWord → and use the reset/clear data option if available, or reinstall the app.

Control Your Prayer Conversations

When you use the AI Prayer Partner, your messages are sent to OpenAI's API over an encrypted connection to generate a response. Conversations are stored locally on your device only — we do not keep copies on our servers.

To stop using this feature, simply don't use the Prayer Partner. All other app features work without it. You can also clear your saved conversations from within the app.

Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

iOS subscribers: Manage your DailyWord Premium subscription through your Apple ID settings.

Web subscribers: Access your Stripe billing portal to update payment info or cancel.

Opt Out of Analytics

DailyWord may collect anonymous, non-identifying analytics to improve the app. This data does not include personal information and cannot be used to identify you. If you prefer to opt out, please contact us using the information below and we will process your request.

Request Data Deletion

Since most data is on your device, you control it directly. If you believe we hold any personal data on our servers and would like it deleted, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
